Monitoring and Evaluation Lead, ADPC

With a strong background in economics, Ekapol takes a leadership role on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for SERVIR-SEA. He is responsible for designing the M&E plan and performance assessment methodology to verify achievements and to track progress made by utilizing indicators and targets. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, he focuses on relevant questions linked to project design and management decisions to determine whether expected results are achieved. He also leads a systematic process to identify the theory of change of each intervention by logically defining outcomes at every step of the change process.

Ekapol’s past professional experiences include working at market research firms in the USA and Thailand where he served various clients and analyzed research results using statistical software. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
