Hafsah Ilmy

Hafsah works as a geospatial data scientist in the SERVIR-SEA program and supports spatial data analysis and data modeling for agricultural data. She has prior knowledge of geographic information systems, remote sensing, and spatial statistics. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia, and a Master's degree from the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan -- both in geomatics. Previously, she worked as a spatial data analyst for startups, banking, and government sectors in Indonesia, focusing on location intelligence. In those roles, she adapted geospatial data and machine learning to determine optimal locations for various needs. Her interests include geospatial data, data manipulation, machine learning, and the application of geo-AI.
